Benjamin Honey serves as the Chairman of the CMil Advisory Board. He is an owner of Bulwark Distribution Alliance, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business that is predicated as a textiles procurement entity for the government and private sector. Benjamin partnered with fellow colleagues to begin the business which has grown to become one of the largest privately-owned, professional training organizations in the United States. Benjamin served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army and held various positions within the United States Government Special Operations serving in a variety of theatres.  He has completed a broad array of specialized training programs in the military as well as through FEMA.

Tim Harrell

Timothy Harrell Tim spent a career working for the Central Intelligence Agency, retiring after 27 years and multiple assignments around the world. Serving primarily as a Technical Intelligence Officer, he supported the Agency’s mission to safeguard the U.S. in a variety of theatres and multiple war zones. He ended his career leading an organization of 400+ officers serving in multiple overseas locations tasked with providing direct technical support to the global Humint collection. A recipient of the Career Intelligence Medal as well as multiple other individual awards, Tim currently works in the private sector while still enjoying opportunities to provide support to a variety of Agency programs and activities.

Michelle Kimbler

Michelle Kimbler Michelle is a corporate and government professional with 30 combined years of progressive experience as an executive consultant strategist. Consulting focus includes governmental affairs, policy advising, business development including international business, franchise development, along with investment banking and fund development (LGIPS). Ms. Kimbler is an M.B.A. graduate of Brenau University and is currently a doctoral candidate in Public Administration.

Todd Sedwick

Todd Sedgwick. U.S. Ambassador Theodore Sedgwick Former U.S. Ambassador to the Slovak Republic and a graduate of Harvard College. Ambassador Theodore Sedgwick has experience as a successful journalist, publisher, entrepreneur, and an active tenure with various non-profit groups. Prior to serving as U.S. Ambassador to the Slovak Republic, Sedgwick was a business executive with experience in the publishing and timber industries. He founded Pasha Publications, a specialty publisher focused on energy, defense and environment markets, and served as its chief executive for 20 years.

Bob Rhodes

Bob Rhodes Mr. Bob Rhodes, Chief Technology Officer Thomson Reuters Special Services Mr. Rhodes is dedicated to the design and development of software and data solutions that address the critical needs of Law Enforcement, the Intelligence Community, and the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). He is focused on insider threat detection, text analysis, big data technologies, machine learning, encryption, and information retrieval technologies and how they can be applied to real world problems. He works to bring people, technology, and data together in ways that help leaders to make the best and most informed decisions.

Scott Kroell

Scott Kroel. Scott Kroell FACHE, LNHA  has had a career in healthcare management including acute care, long term care, emergency transport and military medicine. He has designed and built hospital space, long term care facilities and medical office units. He served 28 years in the U. S Navy Reserve retiring with the rank of Captain. He was Commanding Officer of several units supporting both Navy hospitals and Marine Air Wing medical needs.

Dr. Mark Gaughan was trained in Dermatology at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.  Prior to medical school, Dr. Gaughan was a helicopter pilot in the Army flying UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters at Ft. Bragg, NC. He also served in Operation Desert Storm as a medical evacuation pilot and later served as the flight surgeon for the New Mexico Army National Guard. Mark retired after over 20 years of service.

Philip Leabo

Philip Leabo. Mr. Leabo has over 16 years of real estate transaction experience in farms, land, and commercial real estate.  He began his career by starting a lumber company in 1994.  Three years later, he built a row crop farming operation.  In 2005, however, Philip transitioned to real estate and became a Certified Commercial Investment Member.  Mr. Leabo holds a degree in Business and Finance from St. Andrews Presbyterian College.  He is a commercial pilot rated in both multi-engine airplanes and helicopters.  He is an active Rotarian.  Mr. Leabo is also a trustee at Thomas University and was instrumental in the founding of both CMIL and the Armed Services Institute and serves as a TU Trustee liaison to the Center of Military Life.

Richard Comstock

Richard Comstock Richard serves as a TU Trustee liaison to the Center for Military Life. Richard entered the U.S. Army in 1969.  While on active duty, he served one tour in the Republic of Korea and two tours in Vietnam.  In 1974 he entered the National Guard where he served as Battalion Commander, 1st BN, 258th Field Artillery until 1990. As a civilian, Mr. Comstock is a Certified Public Accountant and his professional accomplishments include serving as a managing director at MBIA Inc., Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP, and partner at Arthur Andersen.  He holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University, an MBA from Cornell University, and he is proficient in both French and Vietnamese.     

Trent Blalock

Trent Blalock Mr. Trent Blalock serves as the Deputy Commander, Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC) with plants in Albany, GA and Barstow, CA.  Trent began his service with the government in 1989 as the supervisor of the Marine Corps Industrial Fund Accounting Section, Marine Corps Logistics Command Vice Company, Albany, GA.  Transferring to the Maintenance Center in 1992, he served as the Manager of the Business Department for six years.  In November 2001, Trent became the Deputy Commander/Industrial Operations Manager and has led his organization to become a world-class depot repair facility that is well respected throughout the Department of Defense for its innovations and productivity enhancements.
